What you can expect as a 2nd Shift Supervisor at DAS Aviation:
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible to the Repair Station Manager for the management of the 2nd shift production and the oversite of employees. Coordinating the daily operations during the shift. The Supervisor will oversee maintaining high productivity and maintaining a safe and consistently positive employee experience.

What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education
High School Graduate or GED equivalent. (college credit is a plus).
Valid Driver’s License
Your Experience
3-5 years aircraft/component maintenance. A&P license preferred.
Must be able to read and write English.
Experience with both sheet metal and composite repairs.
Your Initiative

Your Responsibility
Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Report unsafe conditions to Facilities Maintenance Manager.
Read and follow all label instructions on chemical materials and operating instructions for powered equipment.
Report accidents immediately to Facilities Maintenance Manager.
