What you can expect as a Billing & Warranty Coordinator at DAS Aviation:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our technical teams, sales staff, and customers. In this role, you will take ownership of the work order lifecycle, from opening orders based on signed proposals to ensuring final billing is accurate and timely. You’ll act as a central point of contact for our aircraft schedules, coordinating with parts and service departments to streamline warranty and maintenance claims. We need an independent problem-solver who can juggle multiple projects while assisting managers with billing disputes and credit resolutions. What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education:
A High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration preferred but not required.
Your Experience:
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented.
Experience in multiple projects & customer interface preferred. Aviation work order and billing process experience preferred

We’re looking for team players who are self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common. This person will need to have strong attention to detail, be well organized and able to prioritize workload efficiently.

Personal computer operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Corridor and various cost and scheduling programs. Fax machine, telephone and photocopier.
