What you can expect as an Operations Support Manager at West Star:
The Operations Support Manager leads the planning team for the assigned location and plays a key role in ensuring maintenance events are properly scheduled, coordinated, and executed before aircraft arrival. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers, operations, and support teams to ensure efficient project planning, effective communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction, while also allowing the role to be performed remotely.

What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Aviation-related education or training is preferred.
A&P license is preferred but not required.
Your Experience
At least 5 years of related aviation, maintenance planning, operations, or leadership experience preferred.
Experience working within a fast-paced aviation or maintenance environment preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products required.
Corridor experience is preferred.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible schedules as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefit Information
The following information is disclosed according to state specific requirements. If the position applied to is not in a state with these requirements, the following information may not apply. The salary range for this position generally ranges between $85,000 - $100,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi-annual discretionary bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation time.
