What you can expect as an IT Support Specialist at West Star:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment. Working under the IT Support Team Lead, you will manage and support all end-user desktops, software, phones, and network peripherals. Your main focus will be handling system configurations, software deployments, user account administration, and proactive troubleshooting. This fast-paced role requires working independently to resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely. Ultimately, you will ensure seamless daily operations by delivering excellent customer service and technical support to all team members.

What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education:
A High school diploma or equivalent.
Your Experience:
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, WiFi).
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint tools preferred.
Your Initiative:
We’re looking for team players who are self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
Your Sense of Responsibility:
Attend work every day as scheduled.
Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
